Local Youth Program

La Paz Youth diving Program

Being a local La Paz company we are invested in the youth of our community after all, we are really just borrowing this beautiful place from them.

La Paz Diving Service promotes local awareness through a variety of programs including our local diver program aimed at providing an introduction to the underwater world that most local youth could not afford.

We offer these programs as field trips through locals schools to take local youth on one of our tours. They meet our guides, discuss employment opportunities in the local tourism and commercial diving industries and spend the day diving and learning about the equipment and environment.

Without this program the vast majority of local youth would never be able to experience the wonder of the sea on which they live, and they would never be made aware of the possibility of gainful employment in the tourism and marine industries.
